Membership agreement

1. Parties and subject

This Membership / User Agreement governs use of the Gift for Darling digital platform at giftfordarling.com. By using the Platform you accept these terms. Governing law: Republic of Turkey.

2. Nature of the service

All products are virtual/digital. There is no physical shipping. Digital content is delivered by online access or download.

3. Membership

• You must provide accurate personal information.
• You are responsible for account security.
• Paid features require Premium or one-time purchase; Free is preview-only.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harmful or rights-infringing content.
• No unauthorized access or abuse of the system.
• You warrant you have rights to uploaded media.

5. Fees and digital performance

Prices are shown on the Platform and payment provider. After payment, digital performance begins. See the Distance Sales Agreement for withdrawal rules under Turkish consumer law.

6. Privacy and marketing

Personal data is processed under Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Commercial electronic messages require separate opt-in under Law No. 6563.
