Digital product sales agreement

1. Parties

This Digital Product Sales Agreement is between the Gift for Darling platform (giftfordarling.com) and the buyer. Seller contact: enoswebsystem@gmail.com.

2. Fully digital products

The subject is sale of virtual/digital products and subscriptions only. There is no physical goods or shipping.

3. Gift pages are private

Data on gift pages (texts, photos, names, notes) is private to you. It is not sold or used for ads. It is only shared via the links/access rules you create.

4. Cancel anytime

You may end your subscription anytime from Profile → Subscription. Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Data retention

While your subscription is active, your account and gift/content data are kept. After the subscription ends, data is retained for 6 more months, then deleted or anonymized (legal invoice records excepted). Footnote: back up your gift pages before deletion.

6. Formation & licence

The contract is formed when payment is confirmed. Digital content is for personal, non-transferable use.
