3. Data we collect

• Name, email, account/plan data
• Payment references via processors (we do not store full card data)
• Technical logs (IP, user agent) and consent records
• User-uploaded content needed to deliver digital products

Gift page data is private to you — not sold or used for ads. Shared only via links/access you create.

3.1 Subscription retention

Data is kept while the subscription is active. After it ends, data is retained 6 months, then deleted/anonymized (legal invoice records excepted). Cancel anytime in Profile.

4. Purposes & legal bases

We process data for membership, digital delivery, security, legal duties, and—only with opt-in—marketing under Law No. 6563. Bases: contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests, and explicit consent.

6. Your rights

You may exercise KVKK Art. 11 rights (access, correction, deletion, objection, etc.) by emailing enoswebsystem@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.

Newsletters are opt-in only and can be withdrawn in Profile or via unsubscribe.
